As a team member, how do I receive information about schedule changes?
In Proplanum, both via the web browser and the mobile app, employees receive automatic notifications about changes in work schedules.
After logging into your employee account, you have full visibility of your scheduled work shifts. The system automatically sends notifications about any changes or swaps in the schedule to the assigned employees.
Remember: You can set notification methods in Proplanum according to your preferences. How to do this can be found in the "Getting Started" ➡️ "Manage Notifications" section.
Mobile App - users receive notifications about new shifts directly in the app.
Email - notifications are also sent to the provided email address.
Tip: You can also set notification preferences both in the mobile app and via email.
Important: To receive notifications on the mobile app, the employee must have it installed on their phone.
