# Who can create and assign tasks?

# Who creates and assigns tasks

Tasks and information are created and assigned by the Organisation Administrator, the Location Manager and the Manager. An Employee can only create a task for themselves. An Advisor can view the task list but does not create tasks.

# Permissions per role

- **Organisation Administrator, Location Manager, Manager** — create tasks and information and assign them to employees, including to several people at once.
- **Employee** — can only create a task for themselves.
- **Advisor** — sees the task list but does not create tasks.

# Who changes the status

The completion status is changed by the assigned employee and by supervisors: the Manager, the Location Manager and the Organisation Administrator.
