# What happens to my data if I leave the job?

If you stop working with a company that uses Proplanum, your account stops being active. Below we explain what then happens to your access and your data.

# What changes once you leave

Once you stop working at an organisation that uses Proplanum:

* **You lose access to the account** — you will no longer be able to log in to Proplanum.
* **You stop getting messages from the organisation** — notifications and announcements stop arriving.
* **You have no view of data from earlier periods** — schedules, time records and requests stop being available to you.

# Deleting the data

As an Employee you do not delete your account or your data yourself. That is done by your company's **Organisation Administrator**. If you want your data deleted, report it to the administrator.

|| **Remember:** You cannot delete the account and the data yourself — take a request for deletion to your company's Organisation Administrator.
