# What does an employee need Proplanum for?

Proplanum is the one place where you check your schedule, track your working time, submit a leave request and keep up with changes — instead of calling HR or your supervisor. Below you will find what you get out of it as an employee and what you can do once you log in.

You can do everything above in a browser, but the mobile app keeps it in your pocket. The phone gains you the most when:

* you want **a notification straight away** about a new schedule, changed hours or a decision on a request — without checking a computer,
* you **track your working time** at your place of work rather than at a desk,
* you need to **glance at the schedule or submit a request quickly** while you are out.
