# What are tasks?

Tasks in Proplanum are obligations and messages assigned to employees — they let you plan work, pass on information and control completion in one place.

# What the Tasks module makes possible

- creating and assigning tasks and information,
- monitoring completion through statuses,
- viewing the details, stages and history of a task,
- access from a browser and from the mobile app.

# Who creates and who monitors

- the **Organisation Administrator**, the **Location Manager** and the **Manager** create tasks and assign them to employees,
- an **Employee** can only create a task for themselves,
- an **Advisor** can view the list but does not create tasks.

The completion status is changed by the assigned employee and by supervisors.
