# Starting work as a Location Manager

Welcome to Proplanum. As a Location Manager you run an entire assigned location — its schedule, work time, requests, tasks and team. This guide shows where to start and where in the application to find each of these tools.

# First steps

Once you accept the invitation you sign in through a browser or the mobile app (iOS/Android). On the dashboard you will find the key information about your team.

If you manage more than one location, you switch between them with the location selector on the dashboard — it shows the current location (for example "Clinic") and lets you choose another.

|| Remember: all the tools are in the left-hand menu (Dashboard, Schedule, Time tracking, Requests, Tasks, Team, Locations).

# Schedule

You plan, modify and publish schedules, and use automatic generation and templates.

||| Caution: changes apply and become visible (reports, printouts, employees) only after publication — with the "Publish" button. Only future periods can be edited. After publication employees get an automatic notification in the mobile app.

# Time tracking

You monitor work time, correct and approve entries, generate payroll exports and configure the location's time tracking settings and the KIOSK app.

# Requests

You review, approve and reject employees' leave requests, see limits and history, and receive notifications about new requests.

# Tasks

You assign and monitor employees' tasks.

# Team

Here you will find the list of employees assigned to your locations. You add and edit employees and invite new ones.
