# Request statuses

Every request has a status showing how far its review has progressed. Both sides see the status — the person who submitted the request and the person who approves it — so you always know what is happening with the leave.

# The three request statuses

* **To review** (orange) — the request is waiting for a supervisor's decision.
* **Approved** (green) — the request has been approved and goes into the schedule.
* **Rejected** (red) — the request was reviewed and turned down.

# Where to check the status

On the **Requests** tab, each request's status is shown in the **"Status"** column.

A shortcut to the most immediate matters is also on the **dashboard** — the **"Pending requests"** tile leads straight to requests waiting for a decision.

| Important: The system notifies you about every status change automatically — you do not have to refresh the list.

# In the mobile app

On the **"Requests"** tab each request has a colour-coded status, attached to specific dates.
