# Downloading invoices

Invoices in Proplanum are electronic and always available in the account — you do not have to ask for them or wait. After every payment they land in the billing portal automatically, and you can download them from there at any time. Invoices are available to the **Organisation Administrator** and the **Advisor**.

# Where to find the invoices

You will find the invoices in the "Your subscription" portal, in the right-hand rail, in the **"Documents"** section.

1. In the left-hand menu open **"Billing"** (the entry at the bottom of the sidebar).
2. In the portal's right-hand rail, in the **"Documents"** section, click **"Invoices"**.

Next to it you will also find a **"Licence history"** link.

# The invoice list

The invoice list shows every document issued to your organisation. For each entry you will see:

- **Number** — the invoice number,
- **Paid** — the date it was paid,
- **Status** — the current state of the document (for example "Paid"),
- **Payment method** — how it was settled (for example "Online"),
- **Gross amount** — the amount including VAT.

You download each invoice with the download button in its row.

# The licence history

Behind the **"Licence history"** link you will find the history of the transactions along with their statuses. It is a good place to go when you want to trace all the changes and payments on your subscription.

|| Invoices are issued electronically, automatically after a payment, and are kept in the system with no time limit.
