# Do I need constant Wi-Fi access?

The Proplanum mobile app does not require a constant internet connection throughout your working time. Access to a network at the key moments is enough — data synchronises with every connection. This applies to all users of the app.

# Internet access for an Employee

As an Employee you need an internet connection at a few moments:

* at the start and at the end of a shift,
* while recording breaks,
* periodically, to check for schedule changes.

| Important: Even without a constant connection your working hours are recorded and counted correctly — they synchronise once you regain network access.

# Internet access for management roles

The Organisation Administrator, Location Manager and Advisor only need a periodic internet connection in order to:

* monitor the schedule and any changes made,
* handle requests and tasks,
* use chat and communication.

# Security and data usage

The Proplanum app uses very little data. Monthly usage depends mainly on how often information is published and refreshed.
