Changing the status of tasks

In Proplanum, you can schedule a task for your employee and monitor its progress in real-time. Marking task statuses is crucial for controlling individual responsibilities. Each task assigned to employees has a specific status that allows location managers and administrators to effectively control the level of task completion.

Task Statuses

Not Started (blue) – task not yet started
In Progress (orange) – task started but not yet completed
Completed (green) - task completed
Rejected (red) - task rejected

In the task details window, find and open the "Subtasks" tab.

Select the subtask you want to edit, and from the list of options, choose the new status.

Thanks to these steps, the status of the main task will be automatically updated based on the statuses of its subtasks.

Control by Managers and Administrators

Location managers and administrators have access to detailed control over assigned tasks. They can:

view task details such as name, description, start date, and due date.
check information about assigned employees and task status.
have insight into all scheduled and archived tasks in one place, which allows for quicker finding and control of employee duties.

These features provide full control over the task execution process and enable effective work management within the organization.
