# Approving work time from your phone

Only approved entries count towards settlement. If they pile up until the end of the month, that turns into an hour of clicking — which is why approval can be done as you go, from your phone, entry by entry.

# The list of entries

The **"Time registration"** tab sits next to the schedule. It sets the plan against actual hours and marks the deviations.

The status filter narrows the list down to entries that need a decision.

# Entry details

Tapping a row opens a sheet with the full breakdown: the plan, actual clock-in and clock-out, breaks, lateness or an early finish, overtime and position. At the bottom are the **"Reject"** and **"Accept"** decisions.

# Shifts without fixed hours

For shifts planned by length only, the app does not count lateness — instead it shows the shortfall against the target and marks the entry as needing attention.

# The shortcut from the dashboard

You do not have to go to the tab — the **"Time registration"** row on the dashboard opens the same queue in a sheet.
